Branding for Two Elements
For my wife Irina and her friend Yulia, I created the visual identity for their personal project Two Elements — a brand of artisanal scented candles and sachets. The goal was to craft a look that feels modern, elegant, and personal, while highlighting the idea of harmony between two elements.
The branding centers around a minimal yet expressive logo featuring two swans forming a heart, symbolizing balance, connection, and warmth. Soft pastel tones, handwritten typography, and clean packaging design convey intimacy and sophistication, making the brand instantly recognizable and emotionally engaging.
As shown in the mockup, the identity extends across the packaging system — from the candle jar and wooden lid to the product box. The result is a cohesive design language that communicates both craftsmanship and care, turning every candle into not just a product, but an experience.
How It Turned Out in Reality
The final result came out really well. The packaging feels solid and premium, and the oak lids with laser engraving turned out absolutely top-notch — a perfect detail that elevates the whole product.
In real life, the brand identity translates beautifully from mockups to physical products. The soft pastel palette and clean typography work seamlessly on both the box and the candle jar, while the engraved wooden lid adds a tactile, crafted quality that mockups simply can’t capture.
Overall, the branding not only reflects the aesthetics of Two Elements, but also creates a sense of authenticity and care — making the candles feel like thoughtful gifts as much as design objects.
