Head of Design Department

2013–2017

As Head of Design at EMIAS.INFO, I led a team of 12 designers, building and scaling the department while shaping the user experience of Moscow’s unified medical information system. My work spanned from managing processes and resources to creating UI/UX for doctors’ workstations and mobile apps, refining the system’s design language, and ensuring consistency through style guides and UI kits. Beyond product design, I also contributed to presales, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and developed corporate identity elements for large consortium projects.

I managed the design department of 12 people, overseeing workflows, deadlines, and quality control. My responsibilities included planning the work of designers, allocating resources, and providing technical coordination. I also focused on developing and expanding the department, generating ideas, and creating creative concepts.

Together with my team, I worked on the development of UI/UX key elements for doctors’ AWP and mobile applications, leading the migration to a new, improved interface. I also refined the EMIAS style guide, KPI dashboards, and the UI kit.

In addition, I participated in presales and collaborated with the sales department on potential projects (including the IDVP project). I also contributed to the development of corporate identity elements for the consortium of Lanit Group, Vizex, and Solit Clouds.
